Moving AGAIN!!!
Well we are moving again, this time to my childhood house in Milton. Originally we were going to move into the house with my Dad to help him renovate (it needs it badly) so he could sell it in the spring. But now we are buying the house renovating it and possibly flipping it or maybe staying for a year or two. It is tricky because Maddie will start kindergarten next year and we wanted to be settled where we thought we were going to stay but who knows. Jamie's work takes him to all different places, he has been contracting over the last year plus, and we don't know where we will stay. Milton is nice, I know it well, it is close to work and Chucko and Adrienne just bought a house too, plus Laurie is there and Karen is right down the street in Canton. We are closer to a lot of people and my family so it will be nice. The house is plenty big and it has some great features, it is a hundred year old colonial with 9 foot ceilings, beautiful moldings and a lot of decorative windows and features, but my Dad is not a good home owner. He is not very handy and does not like fixing up stuff around the house, so we have our work cut out for us. Now that Jamie's contract at Monster is up he is working on the house full time. We have some before pictures I will post when we get them developed and we will keep updating as we finish things. I was able to help Saturday and yesterday and the living room is all painted and I LOVE the color. Once the floors are finished and the furniture is in and pictures, etc. It will look great!!!

Apple Picking
It was a beautiful weekend, so apple picking we went. Jen, Nick & Christine met us at Tougas Farm. It was packed, everyone had the same idea. We picked apples and peaches, they were great. Maddie had so much fun climbing up the trees and standing on Christine's shoulders to get the best peaches at the very top of the trees, and she did. Then we waited in line forever to get the delicious apple cider donuts, YUM!! Now we have to make a bunch of treats. JP will eat all the peaches before we make anything so I only need to worry about the apples. JP and Maddie LOVE peaches, 2 for breakfast already today!

JP went Pee-Pee in the Potty!!!!
JP has sat on the potty a few times, but nothing until tonight! I haven't even gotten him out the kid's potty yet he has sat on the real toilet and finally he did it. Although not much, he is still a bit unsure of the whole thing, but I think he will get better at it soon!! Can't wait for no more diapers!!!

Lake Ossipee & Story Land
We had a great weekend away with the Zitomer's, Prost's & Paster's. Melissa found a great house right on the lake and about 30 mins away from Story Land. It was a little crazy to have 8 kids in one house, but we survived. Although JP has emerged as the brute of the group, what a surprise. Maddie and Alana were happy to play dress up all weekend and swim in the lake. All you could hear was "look at me, look at me" as they swam, dunked, jumped off the dock. They have turned into fish this year. Although we had some rain, overall the weather was good and we were able to get to Story Land twice and swim plenty. Maddie & Alana got to meet their idol, Cinderella in person! The adults even had some fun hanging out after the kids were asleep. Can't wait to make this an annual tradition.

JP's Birthday Party
We celebrated JP's 2nd birthday!! The weather wasn't great but we had a fun day. We had McDonny's Farm visit with baby bunny's, duck's, chicken's and a goat, along with pony rides. Of course JP couldn't wait to see the animals and then wouldn't go anywhere near them and wouldn't go on the pony. I thought he would love it, but no such luck. Maddie made up for it by going on about 10 pony rides. All the kids had a fun time. Christine helped me make a great barn cake to finish the theme.

Jamie's Birthday
We had a little Tapas and Sangria Party for Jamie's Birthday. It was a fun day with some friends and the kids. We had fun food and drinks for the adults and the kids. Although all the kids wanted was the birthday cake and cupcakes from Nikki. It was chaos when those came out. The kids had fun playing outside since it was a nice day and the girls also made tiara's, gotta keep'm busy!

Maddie's Vacation
Maddie and Christine are off to Florida to visit Nana. They will be gone for 2 weeks, it will be really weird around here. After a long delay at the airport they made it in safe and sound. I am sure they will have a blast and we can't wait for them to get back here.

Maddie's Birthday Party...number 3
We decided to have a party for Maddie and her friends since it is only family on her actual birthday parties at Christmas. Although it was a bad weekend for most of the invitees, we had a great time. We went to the Kids Playground which is a huge indoor playground, the kids had a blast. It was great to let them run themselves ragged after being cooped up inside for so long with the very cold winter we have been having.

JP can say his name
JP just started saying his name, not that it is very difficult, but it is very cute. He has been talking up a storm in the last two months. He says so many words, he tries to repeat everything, he has even mastered Madeline, which sounds so cute.
